WordPress is powerful software and even better its free. However, with power comes responsibility! It is necessary to keep WordPress and any plugins created up to date with regular updates. These updates are easy to do, but they do require that you are logging in on a regular basis to take care of them. Our experience has shown us that this is often neglected as our clients are busy building their business, which unfortunately leaves the website vulnerable to hacking. We have a system in place to manage this for you and keep your website secure. We check daily for new updates. We test new updates before installing to ensure they do not break your site. If they do break your site we will fix it for no additional cost. We also provide weekly offsite backups to Amazon S3, allowing us to restore the site quickly in the event of a disaster. Your website is an important marketing tool for your business. Have peace of mind and protect it for the low monthly fee of $24.95 per month.

What you will need to provide.
- Text for each page of your website. Ideally you want about 4 or 5 paragraphs per page from an SEO (search engine optimization) point of view.
- A copy of your logo. Preferably as an .eps or .ai file (You may be able to get this from your printer. If you don’t have that then send us whatever you have and we will let you know if we can use it. If you need a logo design we would be happy to help you.
- Any photographs that you want to use on the site. If you don’t have your own images you can always find some reasonably priced images over at iStockphoto.com or Dreamstime.com.
